Opportunity scouter scans the South African inbound-opportunity landscape every weekday morning at 8:30 — the national and provincial eTenders portal, the corporate procurement portals you're registered for (Sasol, Discovery, Standard Bank), the SEDA, NEF and DTI grant calendars, sector trade-press RFP listings, and LinkedIn buyer signals — and filters hard against your business profile, BBBEE level, contract sweet-spot, geography and closing window. How this skill works: When nothing fits on a given morning, Manny stays silent — no daily-digest noise, no "here are twelve tenders that don't actually fit you". When one to three opportunities fit, Manny sends a card per opportunity with closing date, contract value and a one-line "why this fits" note, plus the offer to draft the EOI or proposal in your voice citing the most-relevant prior corporate clients. When four or more fit, Manny sends a digest card with the top three plus a one-tap "want the rest?" expansion so the inbox stays scannable.
