When you state or update a goal — "build strength", "drop 4 kg by August", "train for the Two Oceans Half" — Manny anchors every weekly review to it so the feedback stays specific. When Sunday 18:00 rolls around, Manny sends a seven-line review with sessions, time, weight delta, the strongest moment of the week, the biggest skip with context, a sleep-or-weight trend versus last week, and one concrete action for the week ahead — "add a Tuesday mobility day", not generic advice.
