Every Sunday evening Manny reviews what you said you'd do this week, surfaces what got done, and helps you set up the next week with realistic intent.
Weekly progress check-in lands on WhatsApp every Sunday at six in the evening — twelve lines maximum, warm and honest, never preachy. Manny silently captures the intentions you state through the week and cross-references them against the actual evidence in your Gmail, Calendar and chat. How this skill works: When you state an intention in chat — "going to try gym three times this week", "no takeaways", "ship the proposal by Friday" — Manny tags it and starts watching for evidence. When a calendar event resolves or a relevant receipt hits Gmail, Manny silently scores it against the intention — one Uber Eats receipt Wednesday R145 versus your no-takeaways, the proposal cited in Slack on Thursday. When Sunday 18:00 arrives, Manny sends two or three specific wins ("proposal shipped Thursday, a day early"), one or two things that slipped with the contradicting evidence inline, and one forward question: what's the one thing for next week worth protecting? When you answer that forward question, Manny stores it so next Sunday's check-in stays honest about what you said you'd protect. This skill is useful when you want a weekly mirror without the journaling habit — Manny does the noticing, you just respond on Sunday evening.
