Rent reminder remembers what you owe, who you pay, when it's due and what reference goes on the EFT, then sends a single ping three days before rent-day with everything you need to settle in one tap. Manny never pays on your behalf — you do the EFT, Manny handles the remembering and the confirmation message. How this skill works: When you set up the skill, Manny captures the rent record in one go — "R12,500 to Sarah Johnson on the 1st, reference ANTON, WhatsApp 082-555-1234" — and schedules a monthly task for three days before each due date. When the 28th rolls around at 09:00, Manny sends a card with the amount, the reference, last month's amount for comparison if it changed, and a pre-drafted WhatsApp confirmation ready to send to your landlord once the EFT clears. When rent-day passes without a "paid" tap, Manny pings once more with three options — yes paid / remind tomorrow / something's wrong — and only chases further if you ask. When the amount changes month-on-month (annual escalation, utilities-included variation), Manny flags the difference inline so you spot it before you transfer. This skill is useful when "is it the 1st yet?" doesn't belong in your head — Manny remembers the date, the reference and the message, and you tap pay.
