Schedule a return takes "I want to send this back" and turns it into a logged return, a booked collection and a refund that actually lands without you chasing it. Manny pulls the order from your Gmail receipts or native purchases, looks up the retailer's actual return policy (Takealot, Yuppiechef, Superbalist, Mr Price, Game, Makro, Cape Union Mart, Loot and the rest are mapped), matches your reason to the eligible-reason category, and submits the return + books the collection on your tap. You can ask Manny things like: "Return the Takealot USB-C hub — not compatible with my MacBook." "Return the Superbalist boots — wrong size, want the next size up not a refund." "Cancel the Loot order before it ships — the laptop stand." "What's Mr Price's policy on returning sale items?" "Chase the Yuppiechef refund — it's been past the 7-day SLA."
