When something's out for delivery you get a heads-up; when something goes quiet past its ETA, you get a chase offer. You can ask Manny things like: "What's arriving today?" "Anything late?" "Where's my Takealot order — it was due Wednesday." "Stop showing me Mailchimp newsletters as deliveries." "Mark the Yuppiechef parcel as delivered." This skill is useful when your inbox has become the closest thing to a parcel-tracking dashboard and you'd rather Manny do the cross-referencing for you.
