Voice replies makes the whole agent talk-driven: send Manny a WhatsApp voice note and Manny transcribes it, parses what you actually want done, routes it to the right skill, executes, and replies in voice in a consistent persona. You pick the voice on activation — the house voice (warm, South African), a Cape Town casual / Joburg corporate / Durban warm preset, or a thirty-second sample for a custom one. Replies stay under fifteen seconds; anything irreversible or over R5,000 gets one voice confirm before Manny moves. You can ask Manny things like (send these as voice notes): "Book a plumber for the leaking kitchen tap, sometime this week — ideally a directory one near me." "What's on tomorrow?
